Technology Operations Supervisor

Hugh Hemperly is the Technology Operations Supervisor at Helios Education Foundation, where he leads day-to-day technology and AV operations for the Foundation and the Helios Education Campus. He manages the technology team and oversees infrastructure, networks, servers, software applications, and service desk functions to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient services aligned to organizational needs. Mr. Hemperly partners with all departments, contributes to technology planning and projects, and helps staff and guests use technology seamlessly.

With more than 10 years of experience and a bachelor's degree in business administration management, Mr. Hemperly focuses on operational excellence: monitoring and continuous improvement, managing incidents, cloud and hybrid environment reliability, AV coordination, and vendor and asset lifecycle oversight. He promotes security awareness and user training, prepares clear documentation and guides, and is committed to responsive, customer-focused support that advances Helios’ mission.
