Shannon Reeths is a highly organized and approachable professional with over two decades of experience supporting senior leaders and advancing operational efficiency in purpose-driven organizations. Ms. Reeths currently serves as Senior Administrative Assistant to the Finance and Administration team at Helios Education Foundation, where she provides critical support to ensure efficient workflows, effective communication, and seamless day-to-day operations.
Ms. Reeths commitment to meaningful, community-focused work is reflected throughout her career. Prior to joining Helios, she held multiple roles at Valley of the Sun United Way, including Executive Assistant to the President and CEO and Community Impact Manager. There, she played a vital role in managing large-scale educational initiatives, including the Quality First early childhood program, which directly supported access to high-quality learning environments for Arizona’s children.
Her experience also includes key positions at the Anthem Community Council and Valley of the Sun YMCA, where she supported executive teams and fostered initiatives that uplifted local communities.
Known for her proactive mindset, attention to detail, and collaborative nature, Ms. Reeths is skilled at managing complex administrative processes while ensuring clear communication and a smooth operational flow. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
