This program led by ASU creates a center for principal training utilizing best practices from a variety of leadership programs, including those used in non-profit management, corporate management and the military. The program participants are focused on the current shortage of principals in Arizona and on the coming retirement of a large cohort of existing principals over the next 5-10 years. The goal of the program is to produce 40-50 additional high trained principals each year in Arizona.
