The LINC Interpreter Service is an interpreter service offered by the International Rescue Committee for the greater Phoenix community focusing on languages of lesser diffusion. Helios Education Foundation funding supports the facilitation of communications among parents with limited English proficiency, students, teachers and school administrators.
