Investing in the Success of Arizona and Florida Students

Helios Education Foundation is committed to taking an active role in impacting issues and seizing opportunities within education. We believe every individual in Arizona and Florida should have the opportunity to attend and be prepared to succeed in postsecondary education.

Student success is the driver of our decision-making. We view our role in education as much more than a grant-making organization. We strive to be involved in the education arena in both Arizona and Florida—contributing our knowledge, expertise, partnership, leadership and resources to help students transition through the various stages of education, graduate, successfully complete a postsecondary program and enter the workforce with the skills and knowledge necessary to compete in a global economy.

It is through partnership and our active involvement that the Foundation will invite proposals from organization’s performing work within our three impact areas:

  • Transition Years (Grades 5-12)

    Emphasizing teacher training and development; increased curriculum rigor and student readiness; personal growth and character development; and parent and community engagement.

  • Postsecondary Scholarships

    Providing access to and successful completion of postsecondary opportunities through financial, academic and personal support.
